We are living a dream having sold our home in Sacramento, California thanks to the extraordinary Real Estate skills of Micah Joel Baginski. As a former "Life Member of the Sacramento Association of REALTORS® Masters Club" I informed my wife that we would not be using a realtor in the sale of our home. "I don't need anyone negotiating for me - and we will SAVE SO MUCH MONEY!" I boasted.

She wisely acknowledge my unmatchable skills, and then wisely suggested that never-the-less, we should use Micah as he has proven year after year to be one of the top realtors throughout many, many Sacramento neighborhoods, including ours.

"Yes dear," I of course (reluctantly) responded.

I gave Micah a call and this earnest and honest young man, somehow won me over to the thought of THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS slipping out of my hands before he even made the most remarkable of many promises.

"Mr Styrsky - I pride myself in earning every penny of the commissions you will be paying me, and I attempt to present and negotiate your home in such a way that you will end up with a greater profit than if you had attempted a For Sale By Owner."

'Yeah - right,' I silently sighed.

Very long story short: From pricing, marketing, negotiations, providing wise counsel when choosing between competing offers, to actually saving the entire deal when the Lender's Undertaker's Department (sorry - Freudian) Underwriter's Department began making impossible demands from us . . . our home NEVER would have sold without Micah.

When we were given the news that our deal may not go through, Mr. Baginski already had several moves he had planned to force the bank's hand. He very calmly told me, "...it will be fine," and asked one of the extraordinary professional members of Team Baginski (which includes builders, surveyors, plumbers, attorneys, electricians, termite companies and on and on) to do a solid for us (FOR FREE!) write it up on his company's letterhead and immediately send it to the bank.

The sale of our home miraculously went from the Real Estate ICU Ward to CLOSED in three days.

I am not joking.

And that remarkable promise Micah made me during our first conversation about , ". . . presenting and negotiating our home in such a way that we will end up with a greater profit than if we had attempted a For Sale By Owner?"

My wife and I are leaving California in a couple of weeks and moving into our new home in San Antonio, TX. Our new home that had a concurrent closing with the close of our home here in Sacramento - once again Thank You Micah for somehow making THAT possible!

And finally, our new home in Texas that we were able to purchase WITH CASH - thanks to the equity from the sale of our home!

The sale we intimately know was only made possible due to Micah’s relentless attitude and seasoned skills.

For the sake of your wallet, sanity, (and marriage) if you are considering a For Sale By Owner or For Sale by, or purchase through any other real estate agent in the greater Sacramento area - have Micah over for a couple of minutes.

You can reach him almost any time of day. If you get his voice message it is most likely do to him serving one of his many clients but he is VERY prompt in returning all of his calls so no worries!

Though we are leaving over six decades of living in Sacramento, we will remember Micah and the part he played in our Life Story for the rest of our lives.
