The oldest pizza restaurant in Sacramento! This project was acquired, remodeled and re-sold by The Micah Company. We acquired the property and acted as owner for the project. The neighboring property was included in the sale and we renovated and leased that property as well. This project re-enlivened the Stockton Blvd. corridor which hopes to see new life as the Aggie Square development progresses.

This mixed-use retail and office project is located at 3400 Broadway; the most vibrant intersection in Oak Park. This project was acquired, developed and constructed by Union Park LLC. The Micah Company acquired the property and acted as construction manager/owner for the project. Located in the first suburb or Sacramento, Oak Park has become the creative heart of Sacramento with amenities like multiple maker spaces, coffee, restaurants, post office, shopping, parks and whatever you will add to the neighborhood!

Micah was responsible for transitioning a great local Sacramento brand to new ownership and a bright future. He helped negotiate the sale of the Naked Coffee assets, brand, four leased coffee shop locations and a beautiful roasting facility in Oak Park. He really enjoys taking a part in preserving Sacramento's history and the complexity that comes along with the sale of a multi-faceted company.
